Snapfish.

Snapfish is a one-stop-shop for all things photo and photo gifts that is now part of the Shutterfly family of brands. During my time here, I worked alongside Maggie Biernacki to build and manage a creative team, including two writers. The day-to-day work included writing retail email, social media posts, blog content, video scripts, paid ads, and print material. I also provided basic creative direction and proofreading for designers and copywriters.

On a larger scale, Maggie and I worked directly to continuously define and polish the Snapfish brand. This meant developing brand voice guidelines, updating branded trigger emails, creating seasonal style guides, and implementing a content strategy.

Contributions: copywriting, creative strategy, brand voice development, proofreading, content strategy, creative direction, branding, campaign development, and creative management.

email.

This was the first email in a trigger series for customers that have abandoned their cart on the Snapfish website or app.

This was an email sent in early 2020 as an outreach to our customer base. We offered a $10 gift to keep them engaged during an unprecedented season.

This email was sent to customers after they had abandoned a canvas project in the builder tool.
